Cafeteria que existe a décadas em Nova Iorque, coisa que nem sempre acontece em se tratando da dinâmica desta cidade. Houve época que o atendimento era do tipo: gostou, gostou... e pronto!! A notinha de despesa era colocada sobre o balcão sem qualquer delicadeza - uma marca registrada na minha mente. Acabei por achar folclórico.
