I called to make an appointment to have my extremely friendly, well-trained, vaccinated, Doberman a bath, and was told that they will not serve me because she is a Doberman. Breed discrimination! Terrible!

The safety of Fluffy Pups staff and the safety of every pup in the building is first priority. Doberman Pinschers are very muscular, very strong dogs. If I do not feel confident that I (me personally) would be able to control a particular dog and/or particular breed in the event that something were to go amiss, that dog is not welcome at Fluffy Pups. When my anxious bichon got kicked out of all other groomers.. Christine and the gang took him in for many many years. Max was not always easy or cooperative but the job always got done. I am thankful for all the years that Max went to Fluffy pups and for the friendship of the people who work there. Sadly to say we had to put max down a few weeks ago. HE was a handful but loved by this family especially by my daughter Morgan. Thanks Christine and Shayna for all the love you gave max....
