Somethings changed I will not take my pet back to Fluffy Puppy. I took our previous dog there for 17 years and when we got a new dog from poodle rescue I started taking her ther. The dog shakes like a leaf before going in the door. Karen is often out of sorts and rude to people and the last 2 times our dog was groomeed there she had cuts on her. Something has changed over the last 2 years and I hope this helps them understand that point. I have talked to the people there about the situation, but it hasn't seemed to help.

We Love Fluffy Puppy Rick and Karyn are the caring owners of Fluffy Puppy. We've been bringing our Malti-Poo here for nearly 5 years, since her first hair cut, and have settled in on a regular routine (we now sign up set up a full year's worth of appointments the end of each prior year) of once a month full grooming, and every other week bath. So Sad! The Fluffy Puppy used to have different owners that were a mom and pop business They loved their little patrons. The owner now is cold, rude, and was upset and mortified that my dog went potty on her precious hardwood floor. Bad decision for a grooming place. Not for me On 08-09-08 took my chocolate pomeranian to this business for the first time. Pomeranian's are typically given what is called a simple 'touch up'; they are barely trimmed. Someone forgot to train the staff person who cut my dog. She completely butchered my dog's beautiful puffy, glossy coat. She cut off all of his hair to about 1/2 inch deep all over, she cut the feathering tendrils that hung delicately on his haunches completely down to his skin and his long curly tail hairs are now just a pom pom on the tip. Great dog care here! I take my two dogs here every other month for dental cleaning without anesthesia by a great dental tech who comes in from So. Cal. The owners are wonderful. I've also had occasional dog grooming done here and they are great at that too!
