Alright I’ll say it - these guys ROCK. When we bought our first home I was enamored by the double sided fireplace some of these models have. We didn’t pay for an inspection of the fireplace (yeah yeah I know) because it was May and we figured we had all year. We called a company that was recommended by a neighbor they came out and looked. Well turns out when the house was built the fireplace connector near the top wasn’t put in correctly. I spent almost 10,000 with this company about 15 MONTHS ago, for mt chimney and new gas logs There is a problem with the gas log unit they installed. i understand that it is out of warranty, But to charge 359.00 to come out and just diagnose the problem. then tell me your 5 weeks out and if i schedule it today and cancel Evan tomorrow it's 50 bucks..... No thanks
