It’s been months. Fluent has been paid in full. Solar system will not pass inspection. Poor communication. Energy supplier will not set meters due to failed inspections.

Sales rep was great, that process was nice and easy. Getting panels installed took longer than anticipated, even factoring in winter and COVID delays. A crew came to my house, dug some of a trench then had to leave due to a snow storm (that I warned them was coming before they left). Crew returned ~4 weeks later to finish the job. Fluent is a company I would not recommend. From the beginning of the installation until well after the system was turned on, this company has been terrible. They have trouble communicating with myself (the homeowner), their own company, internally, and with their subcontractors. I had to take time off work several times for installations that I was told were scheduled only to have nobody show as the electricians were never informed. we have been working with Fluent for months and our solar still isnt working. They sent a contractor to install it who is more worried about taking short cut than doing quality work. Everytime we contact them we get nothing but excuses.we are paying for our solar and our electric bill
