Very clean atmosphere welcoming upon walking through the door also make good recommendations on sales and new items. Handicap accessibility very good communication and a very patient with new customers.

The Fluent team are terrible people. Call center gives you incorrect j formation and the people in store are no better. No one has a clue how to answer simple questions.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. Brianna’s approach to a situation in the waiting area came across as unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the lobby. I would also recommend setting up the check-in service to avoid further conflict with guests and/or A avoid creating an unsafe environment.
