Hauled a few loads for them and CJ and no issues. Last load had been a nightmare to get paid on. Most factoring companies don’t factor them and we’ve used Triumph Pay, but a week after delivery they haven’t sent paperwork for us to be paid. Plus they are annoying on contact before and during the shipment. Stay away they are low class brokers
I have a load for them. They tell me the appointment is at 1 o’clock. I was here at 12:30 and the receiver told me now your appointment is at 6 o’clock and then when I call the passing me one to the other others not a good company not happy with this.
DONT BOOK LOADS WITH THIS BROKER. DOES NOT PAY LAYOVER AND IGNORES EMAILS!
Worked with Blythe Demouchet. She told us the address for delivery to one warehouse, when our driver got there, they said it needs to be taken to other warehouse. We asked for the stop pay and for additional 6 miles miles drive, she paid $25.this is not a standard market rate for stop pay and miles. Asked multiple times for a supervisor or manager she started saying that she is in a meeting. Coercion, Unprofessional Conduct, and Misrepresentation of Load Details I booked a hazmat load with Jared McGrath a couple days. Shipment was described as 19k lbs. I have double checked with them that it going to be 20k lbs or less due to my truck weight restriction. Next day they called me telling me they will re send a revised pokerworks.
