Do not rent from them! I had been renting from them for over 5 years. I was able to buy a house and wanted to be let out of the last two months of my lease. I gave a month's notice of when I would be vacating. Nobody would respond. I was only able to talk to an AI that wanted me to set up a payment plan. I don't know how they arrived at the amount they say I owe, and they outright stole my security deposit with no explanation. I’d like to give a shout-out to two of the amazing maintenence technicians with Fort Lowell Realty: Marco Diaz and Juan Miller. Marco fixed numerous issues in my unit with efficiency and attention to detail, he truly cares about doing the job right and it shows! Juan replaced a door for my unit and installed proper weather protections just in time for the rain, he was very attentive and took all my concerns seriously. I appreciate them both so much!
Thank you to Angel for his work today. He was able to fix the drain problem earlier than the appointment today, which I appreciate. He was respectful of the fact that I work from home, and was helpful about reducing the noise from a noisy job.
