Been renting downtown Tucson through Fort Lowell Reality and have the pleasure of communicating with my go-to Jessmar, who is super on top of anything that pops up while living in a historic building (I.e. rusting pipes with leaks, central air mechanical outages, etc.). Even on weekends or evenings, Jessmar responds with reasonable support and puts the engine on full gear getting the specialists out.
