Just recently went through Susan at Ft.Lowell realty and am living in my new apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, resourceful person to help me. She made the process completely easy to follow and pretty much gift wrapped everything with a pretty bow. So grateful I had her to help me. True professional. We need more people like Susan in the workplace. 10 out of 10.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I have been in this apartment for four months and in that time I have experienced issues with the payment portal, drains backing up within the first month, no hot water for an entire week, an ongoing issue with cockroaches and a weird smell in the apartment. I had been in contact with the assistant property manager and was always told just to put a maintenance request in and I did that only for them to get cancelled and referred to someone else that never contacted me.
