I have been to a fair number of dealership's and Floyd's has a really nice set up. They are clean and polite, They are honest and every one seem's to be smiling. Their Driver's lounge is the nicest I have seen. When I am there I always feel like the service manager listen's to what I have to say and that counts for alot.
