Beware! I went into this RV business on yesterday to do a trade-in with an RV that I purchased from this location five years ago. I find out that I have a service contract that my husband and I never agreed to, but have paid for ,. I have been promised several return calls, but I have not received one. I want to give a shoutout to Les Northam who made this whole transaction very pleasant. We flew in from another state and he went above and beyond from answering all of our questions to picking us up to finishing the deal. Although we ran into some hiccups, he did the best that he could to make it work for us, and in the end he was able to make everything right despite some hold backs.
Went in to buy a replacement shower faucet for my Mobile Suite travel trailer, wasn't expecting to get a perfect match but something that would get me by. They wanted over $50 for a cheap plastic one, I walked out, drove a mile down the road and purchased a different one, way better quality, for under $32. Saved over $20 by driving a mile, and purchased a lot better quality of product. I understand that they have to make $$, but for this reason I probably won't return.
