The new guy Dwayne Watson was absolutely great in service. Definitely knows his stuff. If only you could clone that guy!!!
We had an RV air conditioning problem during our cross country trip. Blue Compass in Norman gave us a convenient appointment and got right on the problem as soon as we arrived. In a short time, they diagnosed and made an on the spot repair, and we were on our way again. Friendly and skilled technicians. Would definitely return if we had any other issues in the future
Originally we purchased a 2025 Dutchman Voltage 3600 from the Blue Compass Oklahoma location. I had the unit shipped to the Ogden, Utah location so I could do an orientation with the dealership. During the orientation, I spent over two hours with a technician attempting to repair numerous items that were missed during the pre-delivery inspection, which was supposedly conducted at the Oklahoma location. This is how crooked this place is. I offered them 5000 down on a $7000 trailer. After financing it’s over $10,000. They’re worse than a car lot. The remaining $2000 would make the trailer over $15,000
We brought our Alliance Toyhauler here for repairs, we did not purchase it here. And my husband figured that since we didn’t we wouldn’t get the greatest service. We had a aftermarket warranty.. and they were a nightmare to deal with. Blue compass was waiting for weeks for my extended warranty inspector to come out, never showed up.
