0 Star : My Experience Apparently the needed tire was back ordered and then not able to be located on the Fed Ex delivery. My car was at the shop for 3 full weeks. I had a rental, but had to pay higher tolls on bridge daily for work. I find it hard to believe you have only 1 supplier of tires, and another supplier couldn’t have provided a tire more promptly. I also felt when I contacted Floyd Knobs concerning this, that I was a bother to the staff.
