My wife and I needed a new furnace and a/c unit. We preferred Carrier because of product reviews we had read. We called for an estimate and Mario made an appointment and came to our home. Mario helped us to select a Carrier system that would meet our needs and he worked closely with us to stay within our budget.The technicians installed our system on 5/12/11. I had no heat on my heating unit last week in the blizzard snow storm, I called floyds heating and spoke to a woman answering the phone and needed a call for service, and the manager called me back and told he could send the service tech out to fix my heat. The tech came in less than two hours, it needed a cleaning and a ignitor part, he had the part on the truck, fixed it in a hour and was very reasonable. I will call again for my air conditioner cleaning. thank you so much!!!
