This company was fantastic! My husband & I were traveling from Florida to Arizona and had a broken windshield! Loretta worked w me and our insurance company for an 8 hour ride from Louisiana to Taylor and had a crew meet us at campground first thing the next morning! Thanks Floyds! ����
If good service was gold, these folks would be Fort Knox. Quick turnaround, good customer service from nice people and even carried the glass out to the car for me. Highly recommended.
The installation crew did not clean up after the installation. They left shavings from drilling in my shower stall, they left the paper from the glass on my cabinets, they damaged my wall, the seal gaskets were warped, the door wasn't sealed properly and they left my floor dirty! I called them back out and they still did not correct it properly. They should have taken the door back to the shop and performed the corrections properly! I paid almost $900 for this shabby work!
Floyd’s repaired my vehicle window same day. Super quick response and turn-around time!!! Super thankful. They also as it turns out will come to YOU (mobile repair). Regardless, highly recommend!!
I have used Floyd's Glass many times over the years, for automotive windshield repair and replacement. My wife Robin and I have had glass cut for doors and custom work for table tops and other pieces for her antique business. The work is always done right and for a fair price! While driving in construction zone something hit & broke out my back glass window (above our two year olds car seat) I was given yall's name from our local dealership. These Guys Came In, the next morning, like my knight in shining armor...Fixed truck in one hour and on the road in two .
