Picked up a windshield, staff took 15 minutes to figure out how to input a status card. When I went to pay using the machine I inserted my card pressed chequing and it instantly said declined, I never put my pin in! So I tried my credit card and I inserted it as well never got to put my pin in for my credit card but my transaction went through. I've been to Floyd's many times for rock chip repairs and windshield replacements on several vehicles throughout the years. I've always had great service. The team is easy to work with, appointments are always on time and communication has been great. I recently had an issue with my windshield replacement. I believe the issue was with the manufacturer of the windshield, not with Floyd's. The team troubleshooted the issue, and attempted to resolve the issue (even several months later).
