This was my second time hiring Floyds for our shower glass installs. I dealt with Dave and he's just great to deal with. Returns calls, completes quotes quickly and is meticulous with the install. He just completed an install yesterday and noticed a miniscule chip in the glass. I would have never noticed, but he ordered a whole new pane for me, no charge and will rush the job for us. That's service.
Broke a side mirror while passing through, Floyd’s helped me out right away, and got me going with perfect new mirror in half an hour. Very friendly and hospitable. Would recommend.
Not impressed! I dropped off a window sample to Floyd's and was told they could not get an exact match - which sucked but ok. I asked if they could do all the matching windows and to come out and provide an estimate. They later called back and advised they could not do ANY of the work in my rural area due to staffing. I asked them to let me discuss options with my husband and that was ok by them. I called back not long after to be told they THREW MY SAMPLE AWAY!
