I've been to Floyd's many times for rock chip repairs and windshield replacements on several vehicles throughout the years. I've always had great service. The team is easy to work with, appointments are always on time and communication has been great. I recently had an issue with my windshield replacement. I believe the issue was with the manufacturer of the windshield, not with Floyd's. The team troubleshooted the issue, and attempted to resolve the issue (even several months later). Wow by far the best customer service I have experienced in years..and the price is the best in thunder bay Ontario. Keep up the good work...if there was 6 stars they would be full.
The window was kind of a nod window but they were able to send it away and get one made and it should be here shortly
