Not impressed! I dropped off a window sample to Floyd's and was told they could not get an exact match - which sucked but ok. I asked if they could do all the matching windows and to come out and provide an estimate. They later called back and advised they could not do ANY of the work in my rural area due to staffing. I asked them to let me discuss options with my husband and that was ok by them. I called back not long after to be told they THREW MY SAMPLE AWAY!
