A $12 car wash is now costing me $500 after the machine ripped off the roof rack rail! Notified manager and they won’t repair damages since I left before reporting it. Which was the very next day! 😡😡😡 Regret ever going!

Today was one of the best crews guys and gals that prepared my truck before entering the wash. Great wash . Best bang for your buck ! 5 stars and extra star for the employees . Literally typing this as I go through !!
I’ve given Floyd’s a review before, but Cedric is fantastic! My battery died and he was able to help me. Then he ran around helping older ladies, and making sure ALL the customers were taken care. He needs a raise and some recognition. This is the kind of person I wish every business had. He even offered to get me to rerun my car because it didn’t get fully cleaned.
