went out to Floyd real nice guys gave me information about the car and also finance agencies that might help with financing the car.

I asked them via email, what repairs they made to this car, and they said that only the back window was broken, and sent me a picture of the broken window. Then, while looking at the car, I was told that they think someone broke into it to steal the stereo, so they had to fix the dash as well. When I asked if I could have my mechanic look it over, they said that they could not allow it off the lot without a salesman, but they have two approved repair shops that we could use. I inquired about a vehicle and an employee named Sam was extremely responsive and helpful. I was very impressed given I usually don't hear back from the dealerships. Sam continued to send me links to cross-over vehicles at the dealership that he thought I might be interested in. I appreciate his help and responsiveness very much. Super impressed with Sam and the dealership in general!
They did email me within 24 hours. Sales men was not helpful at all, asked about the vehicle, was very impatient. It was a hot day and I don't think he really wanted to be outside. He lost a sale.
