On May 2, 2023, my son had an appointment for a haircut. The haircut we requested for my son was for bald fade with two short lines on the side and a ravens logo. We called, told them what we wanted, and asked for the price. The price quoted for my son was $24 for a child cut because he is 8. When inquiring deeper about the designs, the rep on the phone simply stated they could do it but the barber there didn't feel comfortable doing the ravens designs. One of the worst haircuts I've gotten. Not sure if she was just out of school or just has never cut a white guys hair. Never had someone take trimmers all the way up to the part where it should be fading along the top side. She did almost no fading with scissors and instead just left me with a hard edge where I stopped and told her not to go any higher with that trimmer. Then she absolutely wrecked my neck with the bare hot trimmer blade. Scraped my skin in 3 spots and now have a red rash and scrape marks. Won't be going bac... read more
