I had a really bad experience here. I came in with long hair and asked for a shoulder-length long bob. The stylist didn’t show me the progress during the cut and said she’d show me afterward—by then, it was much shorter than what I asked for. I mentioned it was too short, but she didn’t acknowledge my concern, and the cut was already done. After washing my hair at home, I realized it was uneven and poorly executed. My vasectomy was more pleasant than this hair cut. *UPDATE* Kathy is phenomenal. Maybe it’s because she has the same name as my mom but more likely because she stood on business. Accepted that I got a bad cut from someone and resolved the matter. Because of her actions I will now happily go back to her every time for a $65 hair cut & beard trim
