Cathy is Amazing ! Does wonderful things for Floyds in Columbia and other stores ! I love her skill and beautiful personality she"s always on time and delivers 100% satisfaction!!!
This place is so well run and I have been getting haircuts here for almost 10 years now I think, and happened to get another compliment on my haircut just today! Only downside is sometimes they're a little backed up, so on occasion I get in the chair up to 5-10 min after the scheduled time. Not every time of course and they always knock out the actual haircut in 20 min or less, so even on busy days still just 30 min total start to finish, which I expect for a good haircut anyway. It's been 5 years of going to this place and I don't ever plan on switching. Cathy is the very best that no one ever was! She has got me looking nice for some of the most important interviews and family events. If you come here, you gotta go with Cathy (honestly I think everyone there is amazing and very professional but Cathy has been my go to the past 5 years). Oh and don't miss the shampoo! It is the best treat after a long day!
Since I moved to MD almost 5 years ago, I’ve been coming here. Cathy has been my go-to. She’s fantastic! My daughter who accompanies me sometimes loves her, her hair, and the entire Floyd’s team who are all so kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and they get you in and out. Great service and attention in a central location to everything in Columbia.
Cathy is my stylist and I always get an incredible haircut,shampoo massage and great conversation. I couldn't recommend her more
