Took my 4 yr old to get his hair cut and the guy who cut his hair didn’t do good at all. And when I asked him to blend in the fade better because I didn’t like how it looked, it looks horrible, he said no I can’t work on him anymore I have other clients to take care of. And the edge up was horrible too.
We had a very poor experience with booking. We wanted one adult and one child's haircut. We booked online and they said they could not cut our daughter's hair because no one was available. They need a new booking system if it cannot meet the logistics for booking. Even more disappointing was the person at the register was not apologetic at all. This happened to us before and she was not apologetic then either. She made us feel like we had done something wrong.
I came in the barbershop on August 7th and requested a specific barber and the receptionist had a different barber come greet me. I let them know my preference and they still tried to persuade me to go with a barber I did not feel comfortable with which made the entire situation awkward. Experiences: 0/10
