I had a great experience with James. I’m not a regular, and I was just looking for a trim, but James understood exactly what I wanted and needed. Selene at the front desk was very welcoming and got me in right away. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I really appreciated how well they both made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them!

We went to this barbershop because it was nearby, and although the customer service when we walked in was good, unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the service. My husband requested a specific haircut, but he felt that the barber did not give him what he asked for. He requested a zero on the bottom, but the barber used a number one instead. My husband got a haircut from James and looks absolutely horrible. My 3 year old could have done better with garden shears. He is also a walking, chauvinistic contradiction. It was not relaxing for my husband to watch the store manager treat his employees poorly, while shoving his beliefs down my husband's throat. Overall horrible experience with him, and we won't be back. Which is sad, we have both been coming to this location for a few years.
