Really disappointed... my hair just looks like a mess now.. I showed an insop photo and the barber did something completely different. And no matter how I try to style it, how much product or anything it's just bad. Really disappointed loved going to yall before.
My son and my husband got a haircut today, not good at all, they were trying to see Jennifer but she wasnt available, Michelle is the one who made their hair, I am sorry but not costumer service at all, neither haircut experience, even if she couldn't make what I asked for she would have give some ideas but not,not even that, terrible haircut experience.
