Literally every time we make an appointment at the Alliance location there is an issue. From having an appointment and waiting an additional 30 minutes to be helped, just to have the "stylist" rush through my sons haircut, to what happened today. I made an appointment for ANY STYLIST to cut my sons hair and just got a text saying the stylist will not be in today. How? Did every single stylist call in sick?
