I had the Worst experience this Monday, when I came in to get my hair taking off, just shoulder length, from very long hair. Their usual stylist was on vacation, so they told me that Roxane would take great care of me. She completely butchered my hair. It’s all different lengths now, I can’t even make a ponytail until it grows back. She didn’t stop once to ask if I like the length. And because she kept wetting it, now it’s even shorter. I came here a few months ago and have not been back since because I was getting a haircut by a lady and I told her to TAKE one inch off the top, she LEFT one inch on the top so I basically paid 45 dollars for what felt like a buzz cut.
