Was a new client here last week, and Kacie delivered one of the best cuts I’ve had in years. She was able to undo what previous barbers had done, and got my hair to finally feel tidy and natural. Looking forward to heading back next time.
I had the Worst experience this Monday, when I came in to get my hair taking off, just shoulder length, from very long hair. Their usual stylist was on vacation, so they told me that Roxane would take great care of me. She completely butchered my hair. It’s all different lengths now, I can’t even make a ponytail until it grows back. She didn’t stop once to ask if I like the length. And because she kept wetting it, now it’s even shorter.
