Cass did an awesome job on my hair! I went in with not a great description of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. She’s also cut my son’s hair and did a great job there, too. She was super friendly as well!
I’ve been going to Floyd’s for a minute and normally everything goes super well. The staff is super friendly. However today I came in for a haircut and what I asked for was completely ignored, and I left looking nothing like what I requested. On top of that, my neck was cut during the haircut and is burning badly. I was disappointed and don’t feel I got value for the $45 I paid. I feel like it’s pretty hit or miss but rushing haircuts is extremely unprofessional.
