Jess did an absolutely amazing job!! Was looking to get a butterfly cut with layers and face framing and she did just that. I love the way it came out and she left my hair feeling amazing.
Booked an appointment days in advance, drove 40 minutes to this specific location, and got turned away for being three minutes late — because the stylist's schedule was "too full." What's the point of scheduling ahead if a three-minute margin makes the booking worthless? No offer to reschedule, no attempt to accommodate, no acknowledgment that I'd planned my day around this and driven well out of my way. If you expect an appointment here to actually mean something, book elsewhere.
Tilly is awesome and always does an excellent job. Highly recommend her. She takes great care and is always fantastic 10/10
The atmosphere here is phenomenal. Tilly’s my go to every time. Never disappointed.
I have been to Floyd’s on numerous occasions and generally think most folks do a good job, but in my opinion, Tilly is the best!
