The staff was courteous and even though there was about 30 or more people in the waiting room I was taken back to an exam room within 40 minutes. That's not bad considering I was a New patient. I saw the doc within 10 minutes of being taken back. Dr. Jager was friendly, personable, took the time to listen, and had an excellent bed side manner. I will be going back if need be. Hopefully not anytime soon.
The doctors and nurses here are so friendly, caring and are willing to actually help you.. great job!
The doctors are fantastic, but the staff is as unfriendly as I've seen. No smiles, make you feel like you're a bother! They could use some pointers on looking neat and professional as well.
Always have been took care of very well the staff is very nice
Worst experience I have ever had. I waited for an hour for them to call me up just to tell me that they couldn't see me that I need to go to my doctor. I will just go to the ER before I go back.
The nurses and dr's here were so great and always do all they can to help. Im so grateful to have urgent care so close to home. Thank you so much!!
