The service department are always so helpful, friendly and nice. They come out to help you even if you drive in without an appt.
Kind employees but disappointed that kids area didn't even have a t.v. that worked and service said they checked and filled all fluids but I know they didn't as my windshield washer fluid was empty when I arrived and it was empty when I left. I'm not sure if there was anything else they neglected to do.
Awesome experience, everyone was so friendly and I left with a much newer car than expected. Kalia was awesome and went above and beyond. Amazing job 7 stars.
Had a few hiccups with buying a used 2014 Honda Pilot with 160k miles but Kevin and Cody made it right. They dealt with issues swiftly and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I asked them to hold the vehicle but there was a mix-up and confusion about holding the vehicle for a customer with a serious intention to buy... but Cody was easy to work with and made things right. We had a great purchasing experience thanks to Austin, not pushy but helpful and really made the experience of choosing a new car easy. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful too, but it was our experience with Austin that Will have us returning the next time we need to replace a vehicle.
