Dr. Seskin is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He has excellent “bedside manner”. Polite, great office staff; they are punctual.
This whole practice should be fined and revoked from operating. Bureaucratic unnecessary diagnosis and procedures, charging patients out of pocket as “prevention” and refusing to reimburse after insurance pays. Dishonest, deceiving, and with a very rude enraged financial assistant (his wife). They still owe me $180 plus the thousands overcharged to my insurance for “kidney stones” (which further treatment in other places revealed to be gallstones).Please AVOID this office at all costs.
DR. SEKSIN HAS REALLY GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER & DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL RUSHED AT ALL. OFFICE STAFF WAS SWEET & WELL INFORMED & COULD ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY TOOK ME AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME & DIDN'T KEEP ME WAITING WHICH, THESE DAYS, IS REALLY NICE TO FIND. QUITE HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND A DR'S OFFICE THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE CATTLE.
The Dr is Ok, his assistant is a doll BUTThe office manager Jenna that also does the appointments and schedule surgeries (if need be), is the most unpleasant, unaccommodating person, that is totally inappropriate for a Dr's office.People there are suffering and are there seeking help and a bit of compassion, she has none of that.She is the only one that talks, and is her way or the hallway.We took the hallway, there are plenty of Urologist in AventuraStay a way from that office
Returned to Dr Floyd Seskin Urologist a second time to get his opinion for a surgical procedure for BPH. During consultation after listening to my concerns he stated, “you’re bouncing around, disrupting my staff and taking up their time...” Doc has “Awful” unprofessional bedside manners! It seemed to me that his attention and interest was more focused on dictating to his laptop than providing the best care for the patient. Terrific. He has a gentle manner that convinces you he knows what is best for you -even if you are afraid of what you've read on the internet beforehand. Staff is well organized and pleasant. Minimal waiting time at appointments. Highly recommend.
Dr. Seskin has been my urologist for 20+ yrs and can say only good things about him, his staff and entire practice overall. Exams and medical evaluations are comprehensive and Dr. Seskin's explanations intelligible and easily understood. The office is organized and informed, helping to make every visit a positive experience. I've referred several patients and will continue to do so.
Poor patient care. My wife left many messages requesting a prescription refill , and our pharmacy sent many fax for the same. NOTHING , NADA, CRICKETS. This is what you can expect from this Medical Practice. We won’t talk about the awful experience with the Office staff. A few reviews have covered that one.
I’ve had consistently great experiences with Dr. Seskin. He monitors me closely as prostate cancer runs in my family. His office runs efficiently and staf is always helpful and friendly even during busy days.
