I would not use them again. Their homes are ok. I actually don't have an issue with Mac their foreman. I understand he has a lot going on, you just have to call multiple times. The company however has the WORST 1 year warranty. I've built 2 new homes and worked with 2 home builders (20+ years in construction) and know what is considered "standard" for home warranty. They built my house and very very professional
This is the worst builder in Moore County. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them.
The company builds ok homes. The problem is their foreman Mack Blackman. He tells you he will fix items and then doesn’t show up or makes excuses to not do the work. I think they would have better reviews if they found another foreman to manage the builds.
