Erica Call wasn't LGBT friendly. She kept asking me a bunch of questions about me being trans and why, which wasn't why I was there. She also does not listen well. She prescribed me medication that interacted negatively with another supplement I directly told her I was taking. Do not get your mental health evaluation here. She doesn't listen to a word you say.

Erica Call is a terrible doctor
Medical care is, as always, exceptional. However, the billing system is totally screwed up. Evidently the billing department neither knows nor cares about what is required to correctly assign benefits through the various governmental agencies. This has led to delays in patients obtaining necessary cate, specifically flu vaccines. This needs to straighten out immediately.
