Floyd's has never helped me with the final arrangements of any family member. However, their reputation in the area portrays them as highly respected, so... when I discovered the interior bag on a hand-made urn which contained my second wife's ashes had failed, I did not hesitate to call Floyd's. They had me bring the urn to them the very same day and transferred her ashes into a new bag, reinserting them into the urn, while I waited. Richard was extremely helpful and assisted myself and family with transfer from one urn to another for no charge. He's very caring and courteous. He showed me compassion. Love doing business with him. Richard is truly a God sent.
My family has always used Floyd’s services. Most of my family is buried at Greenlawn. When my husband recently passed away, I knew they would be my go to. Scott and his team were so professional and compassionate. They were able to coordinate the most beautiful military service for my husband who was a Marine Corps veteran. We are so grateful for Floyd's wonderful staff!
My mother-in-law recently passed away. She had requested that Floyds handle the funeral because she had been pleased with their services in the past. Aida helped our family and I must say that we were all extremely pleased with her and the service she provided throughout the entire process. We felt comfortable with her from the moment we met her.
