I cannot say enough how pleased we are with the services provided to our family during the passing of my Mama. The staff was so polite, kind and caring and the director went above and beyond at every turn throughout the process. Family and friends continue to remark about how lovely my Mama's sevice was. We are so thankful.

I ordered a headstone and was told it would take about 6 months. I paid in full up front, which we all know how expensive they are but I thought I needed to. My son was murdered and I wanted him to have a marker as soon as possible. I checked back after 6 months and have gotten nothing but excuses, over and over, on the status. I am concerned that they took my money and I won’t see this headstone. I can’t believe I trusted them with such a precious task. I would highly recommend the J.F. Floyd Mortuary. Their level or professionalism, courtesy and compassion at the most difficult time of our lives was beyond anything I could have imagined. For them it truly is a calling. They made our unimaginable situation more bearable with their humility and grace.

If you have a child next of kin, and at this funeral home. Lawyer up and get down to probate court asap. You’ll thank me later. There’s nothing I can do now, but I hope this helps the next family.
