Richard was extremely helpful and assisted myself and family with transfer from one urn to another for no charge. He's very caring and courteous. He showed me compassion. Love doing business with him. Richard is truly a God sent.
My family has always used Floyd’s services. Most of my family is buried at Greenlawn. When my husband recently passed away, I knew they would be my go to. Scott and his team were so professional and compassionate. They were able to coordinate the most beautiful military service for my husband who was a Marine Corps veteran. Communication is 💩. Dont pay upfront
Both of my elderly parents have been struggling with their health and I needed some assistance from Floyd's on their Burial Contracts for Medicaid purposes to get them into a Skilled Nursing Facility. Teri Morris has gone above and beyond to help us get the proper documentation needed for this endeavor. She is so kind and personable, Floyd's is lucky to have her.
