I used this service for my mother. It started out ok but then I found out they allow their physical therapist to change patients meds around without consulting with the family first. Not a nurse, not a doctor but their physical therapist. They were there to help my mother after a fall and a broken hip. A physical therapist that came out had my mother's memory meds changed with her primary doctor without my knowledge. It took me a week to get it straightened back out. Great People and Awesome Services
Used this establishment twice now for rehabilitating therapy after left and right hip replacement surgery. Marie is the go to lady to get you back up and walking ! She’s very courteous, thorough, professional. She knows her stuff !!! I love that she tough but sweet ! Just what a therapist should be if you ask me !!! Floyd Home Care you’d better not lose Marie !! She is a gem !!
