I used this service for my mother. It started out ok but then I found out they allow their physical therapist to change patients meds around without consulting with the family first. Not a nurse, not a doctor but their physical therapist. They were there to help my mother after a fall and a broken hip. A physical therapist that came out had my mother's memory meds changed with her primary doctor without my knowledge. It took me a week to get it straightened back out.
