Pleasant, compassionate, resourceful, and very family oriented.
My mother in law was discharged from Atrium Floyd on a Wednesday. We were told that we would be contacted the following day. We never heard anything. We call on a Friday (as we knew it was the weekend) and was told that it we should be receiving a call and visit over the weekend or possibly in to Monday. We called on Monday and was told that a nurse would be out on Tuesday. We ended up having to take her back to the hospital on Monday evening. She was readmitted for a few days and sent home on Thursday. Back to waiting for y... read more
Had an emergency after hours. I called and within an hour a nurse was here. Just an awsome company
