We have been scammed by Rob at Floyd Harbor Real Estate. We did plumbing work for him and he hasn't paid his bill, and stopped responding. Warning! Stay away.
Floyd Harbor Real Estate hires plumbers to do work and never pays them! It's really sad, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, no common courtesy when communicating with buyers and buyer agents, avoid at all cost… oh and obvious lack of knowledge of Nassau county (comps, pricing, etc)
