I am a receptionist at Floyd Harbor. I have been with the practice for 9 years. I would like to say that I absolutely love my team members. We are all pet parents and we always strive to help our clients to the best of our ability. We treat your pet as if they were our own. We have always tried to educate our clients and answer any questions they might have. Our goal is to always make sure your pets stay healthy and that you, our clients remain completely satisfied with the care we provide.
I would like to thank you and your staff for helping Nyla. She is on her road to recovery thanks to everyone there.
Dr. Etzel and her staff members have been taking care of my loved ones since 1990.. they are excellent in their knowledge, explaining everything in detail. They take the time to listen to your concerns and they all truly have enormous hearts for the animals and you.The hospital is always clean and the staff members are friendly. I would not even think of taking my "family" anywhere else.
We have used Floyd harbpr animal hospital for 23 years. Our dogs have had great care on every visit. The compassion shown at those difficult times in our beloved pets life will never be forgotten. Dr. Etzel gently and with compassion walked our dog mayhem to the to rainbow bridge and helped her to dog heaven. We can't wait to bring in our newest puppy!
