The managing partner suggested any negative reviews I made would be considered defamatory. Obviously this is my opinion for the benefit of others based on my experience. I have reached out to Floyd several times and they have not responded. A complete rip-off and borderline scam. They will bill you extraordinary amounts for doing completely unnecessary work and turn a very simple problem into an extremely complicated one.
