Mike was highly recommended to us for AC(Air Conditioning) installing. I contacted him and we had a few communications afterwards got a new AC installation done in our home. I was very impressed with him and his team. He worked very hard and not hesitate to go extra miles. I witnessed perseverance, trouble shooting and due care in every step. My bathroom sink was plugged for a week over the holidays. Lance came, fixed the issue, went over and beyond to make sure it didn't happen again. Thank you thank you. I didn't realize that this kind of service still existed at a reasonable and fair price. Well done Flowsafe! Bravo. All the best for 2023.

Mike was friendly when I called and promised to send someone soon. Lance, the young man who came, was friendly and knew what he was doing in fixing my toilet which was leaking into unit below.. Scary situation for me after going through the bursting of a major pipe in my building flooding over 40 units. Lance also checked my leaking taps, knew what parts to get and will return to fix them.
