I placed an order and the order was cancelled without explanation a week later. I DID NOT receive a full refund. I have attempted to get in contact with the company multiple times to no avail. Be warned.
Placed an order and never received it! I emailed several times and no response. I called and the voicemail is not set up. Seems to be out of business.
Hard to fan, poor quality lashes. Waste of my money.
This facility/office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The team here is also very helpful and they love explaining their products to help the consumer understand it better, unlike some buisnessess that make it seem like a chore to explain. Great customer service!
Just got off a call with Ariela and let me just say i'm new to the lash world but she made me feel so much better about getting started, explained everything i needed to do as a beginner and really couldn't have been more sweet and helpful! Thanks to her I'm so excited for this new journey.
