I had Floworx take care of a 2 furnace system on a new property I knew nothing about. They did me right, were fair and respectful. They did some extra checking and cleaning while there. I would definitely recommend them.
Jacob came out to recharge our mini splits. He was very thorough and made sure to follow up a few days after to make sure everything was working. We will continue using Floworx for all of our HVAC needs! Thank you again!
We had an air conditioner and furnace installed by FloWorx. The units are top notch! Our home has never felt this comfortable. The air purifier was an added bonus that has kept clean air flowing throughout our house. The difference is amazing! Jacob and his associates were friendly, professional, helpful and great to work with!
Attempted to book an appointment to check out problems my unit was having that this company installed. The lady answering didn't know the schedule, said it could possibly be next week and would "call me back". Never received a return call and called back 3 times with no answer. Moving on to another company who did respond and booked an appointment immediately.
I wouldn’t recommend any other company! Great communication, phenomenal service, overall absolutely fantastic, friendly, and helpful! There aren’t enough words to express how amazing the staff and quality of work is! Thank you so much for your help!
