hey this is lee norris, and this review is for JOBY, he did a job at my moms house yesterday 11/2/23. he did a great job, he figured out the problem fast and i like how he explained and broken down what was wrong and the solution, he was very professional, and socially friendly, i felt like ive known him for years. he even explained to my mom what was going on with her faucets and water issue, she was very pleased and comfortable, shes old school in her 70s lol. JOBY IS THE MAN TO CALL, GREAT JOB
