I called to make a phone enquiry, but the experience was disappointing. The representative didn’t listen properly and kept interrupting, not allowing me to explain my query. Instead of providing helpful information, they seemed rushed and dismissive. I hope the team can improve their communication and customer service skills in the future.
You should have male staff since the nature of the test is different. I don’t know why all female staff when male are doing their business for test and female can easily understand what is happening in the room. I think here discrimination is necessary and women should not be working in this location
Horrible service..so disappointed with this lab . They don't even help people or call back or email back . Awful experience. I would give them 0 star if they had that.
