Keren is absolutely amazing in all ways! Her customer service and communication is outstanding. Keren genuinely cares about her clients receiving exactly what they need. The flowers I received were simply stunning and I will definitely be using Flower Run for all my future florist needs. Very lucky to have Keren as part of this community. We spoke with a Keren who I suspect is the business owner. She was extremely rude immediately when we didn’t reply within a day with a time to discuss. Frankly bizarre and unstable behaviour - I wish her all the best but I’d suggest not working with this florist.
