Beware!!! Chris and his employees are very unprofessional and will do anything to get paid. AHS sent them out when our AC wasn't getting cold. The AC units were 20yrs old, so we were not surprised that we had an issue. What surprised us was when Chris decided it was a good idea to replace only the air handler in the attic. We called several other companies and asked if this was the correct thing to do. We were told that the freon R22 was no longer used and that the whole system should be replaced. This company / Chris are the biggest snakes in the industry! Chris is a lying scam artist. Stay away from them, he only gets business because he is the lowest bidder for a home warranty company. He makes his money price gouging and doing shotty work so you have to call him back!
This company doesn't even deserve a half star. My home warranty company sent this company out to diagnose why my system stopped working. The gentleman that came out said to me in his word "his body frame was too big to fit in the attic". After paying for the service call the gentleman said someone else would be sent out. They never sent another tech and they started ignoring my calls
Where do I start. The worst service I have ever had!! I wouldn't even rate this a 1 star. There was such a lack of communication and absolutely no customer service!! It took 3 weeks for them to get my ac fixed. If we wanted an update we had to call them only to get the run around about what was taking so long. We never got any definite answer on what was wrong, how long it would take, etc. Long story short, I would never recommend this company to anyone in the area!
