There had been a miscommunication between staff on what was a hugely busy day, at 9am when I placed the order to go with the rest of the funeral flowers they were preparing for to leave by 10am. The result was not quite the flowers I thought I was having delivered, a much smaller bouquet for the original large price which had me very disappointed.
