Ordered flowers over the phone for my aunt in a nursing home for her birthday. Kelly arranged a bouquet of flowers as per my criteria - colourful, self contained water bowl, not taking up a lot of space since the rooms have very limited bench space. My cousin sent me a photo -absolutely beautiful arrangement! And long lasting per my sisters recent comment!
Won’t be dealing with this florist again. To say my experience was disappointing is an understatement. Overpriced and underwhelming!
