Very rude and nasty to customers. I appreciate the fast response and quality but customer service matters and you shouldn't be nasty to customers for no reason.
Came in with a smile expressing how I wanted to build a buque for my wife for our anniversary and she was just rude not wanting to help me design what I wanted so I just left didn’t even bother giving them business. I expressed how I wanted to assemble it Wednesday pay for it keep it there and then pick it up Thursday evening and I guess that was validation for her attitude. I work in renovations and I know how to respect and be kind to home owners and anyone really who smiles.
Ordered an arrangement for my brothers funeral who had recently passed. The lady taking our order was rude and lacked compassion. She acted as if we were wasting her time with our questions. I should have taken my business elsewhere, but we were limited on time. The arrangement was beautiful, but not as large as I expected, and definitely not worth the cost.
