Recently ordered an arrangement online and it was delivered the same day and was beautiful! Will definitely use again and share word with friends and family.

The lady who runs this place is absolutely unprofessional and rude. When we got a flower arrangement for my moms birthday, the flowers that got delivered were very different from what I saw online. When I called about this, the lady started arguing with me and saying she tried her best and that they can’t communicate with everyone when they have to make flower substitutions. I had ordered flowers online to be delivered. The flowers were delivered on the correct day. The options to select from online include standard, deluxe, and premium, but the website does not provide a visual indication of how these option differ. I had ordered the deluxe option for $70.00 before tax. The arrangement looked very different than the image I had selected online (the online photo is attached for reference), as the arrangement differed in both colours and in quality. As a Dutch guy I sure love to get nice flowers for my wife. I come all the way from Parksville to buy my flowers here on anniversaries, remembering days, birthdays or just to show my wife my appreciation. The flowers are always fresh and stay good for 2 weeks. This Saturday is our 15th wedding anniversary and guess where I go after work......⚘💐🌹
