Flowers And Things is a wonderful family owned and operated business. Wonderful employees who strive to please their customers. From flower arrangements for your special someone, or taking care of your loved ones in death. They have something in store for every occasion, a new life, a love life, a special first responder, teacher, assistant, doctor. My go to place for anything I need. They are always willing to accommodate you!
Before you believe all the bad reviews, see if you can even find those people local on Facebook. They are making up lies to hurt a fabulous business! Always helpful, lots of knowledge on flowers, great prices!
Well I do not have any complaints on this flower shop unlike another one i entered couple weeks ago thank you so much Mrs Cathy for taking care of my arrangement I needed made on March 5th... I seen a review that said smells like cigarettes and old people in this shop they must have visit somewhere else because nothing but young employees and middle aged I seen there and definitely did bot smell like cigarettes considering its a non smoking facility from what I seen. Keep shining ladies.
Worst shop in Cleveland!!! Staff is rude and unwilling to discuss flowers that I wanted in an arrangement. Not sure how they are still in business!!! Will never step foot in that store again.
This is the best flower store in town. The ladies are always so nice and polite .
