I ONLY use this local, family-owned flower shop, with 20 years of great reviews in Cleveland, Mississippi, beautiful, affordable bouquets... And they deliver! The sweet owner, Val, and her awesome staff are so talented, professional, and eager to please. For example, I send my daughter a bouquet every year for her birthday... This year I nearly forgot. They made sure to do whatever it took to get that bouquet together and deliver it. Call Great service and beautiful bouquets from a hard-working family and long-time locals.
I had placed an order for a plant delivery (as a gift), and on the day of the delivery they called me to let me know they weren't able to get the plant from their wholesaler. They then worked with me to find a replacement that was very similar to what I had ordered, even texting me photos to make sure I was happy with it. And they didn't charge me any change fees or anything, either.
