A friend of mine and her husband bought a small bouquet for me in a vase that was filled with water. It had only a few flowers in it, including some half dead pink stock flowers (see the photos). I live four-minutes away by car and was home when it was delivered (I met the driver downstairs). I wrote to them right away and never even received a response. What a lovely flower and a great deal!
Small, underwhelming bouquet that didn’t even bloom properly and died within two days. As for the owner’s response: claiming I was fine with six roses and saying "not to worry, others will bloom" is nonsense. I questioned the bouquet right there and instead of listening, I got a dismissive, canned response - just like the one you posted publicly.
