As stated by the above review it is the truth and nothing has changed about this ex senator in 2018! My aunt is going through the same ordeal with a house of his that should not be habitable. Flowers does not want to fix anything , doesn't care and will take you to court to get you out and get more money out of you. Hi... Please do not do it. This man is a scam artist and care nothing abouot you and your family. He only cares about your money. I recently rented a property from him and the property was horrible. Torn carpet, leaky ceiling, plaster falling, tub disconnected from floor, everyroom in the house needed repainted, dorrs held up by nails and not hinges, blood on bedroom wall, garage smeeld like dogs and urine fireplace looked liked it had not been cleaned in years. rug tile or whatever it was on the floor torn up and scuffed an... read more
